Phase 1: The Measuring Cups That Teach You to Eat for Life

Imagine a set of kitchen measuring cups designed not for baking, but for building your plate in the exact healing ratios we teach in G4F.

  • A protein cup that matches your personal needs

  • A vegetable cup that makes greens automatic

  • A healthy fat measure so you never overdo it

  • Fiber scoops to make digestion easy and inflammation drop

These tools will remove the guesswork and give families a hands-on way to portion food for long-term health. No apps, no calorie counting, just simple, visual, reusable tools right in your kitchen.

We’d love it if you could support us in any way. Your support helps us fund further education, produce content, create courses, host spaces, and expand our reach! Every penny counts and we don’t take your support lightly.

Here’s a snapshot of what we have planned:

HELP US KEEP THE MOVEMENT MOVING

Phase 2: Sending Gloria to Grad School — An Investment in Our Communities’ Future

Gloria has already dedicated herself to food education as a certified nutrition coach, but as a coach, her hands are tied. Healthcare won’t cover her services, and she can’t publish research or create medical-level resources that would be recognized by institutions.

With a graduate degree and full licensing, Gloria will be able to:

  • Have healthcare cover her services, making it affordable and accessible for more families.

  • Create and publish original research with hospitals, universities, and public health agencies, focused on our bodies, our needs, and our solutions.

  • Design full nutrition curriculums for Kansas City public schools so the next generation learns health from the ground up.

  • Write and publish medically recognized books that go beyond surface advice and address the root causes of health gaps in Black and Latino communities.

  • Partner with medical providers to build community food programs that are culturally relevant and proven to reverse diet-related illness.

  • Develop continuing education programs for other nutritionists and health professionals who want to serve our communities more effectively.
